JITTERBLAST FITNESS (California) was founded in 2013 by Nick Williams, who is known for his ability to break down movements and technique to create a fun and light-hearted learning environment. His successes include World Lindy Hop Champion, US Open Swing Dance Champion, American Lindy Hop Champion, National Jitterbug Champion, International Lindy Hop Champion, Ultimate Lindy Hop Champion, American Classic Balboa Champion and California Balboa/Swing Champion. Nick was honored to be recognized by the California Swing Dance Hall of Fame. He is also an accomplished choreographer and has choreographed for the hit television show So You Think You Can Dance.

LINDYFIT is a website built to help fellow lindy hoppers and swing dance enthusiasts improve their fitness and performance on the dance floor by providing access to resources and workouts that focus on eight key elements of fitness: cardiovascular/muscular endurance, strength, power, speed, flexibility, balance, coordination, and agility.

SWANK DANCE FITNESS (Dallas) is a new program created by Kellese Key, world-class National Dance Champion. SWANK is a strong cardio workout with the hidden intent of teaching you to partner dance, no partner necessary. You will look forward to having a partner join you – and this will inspire you to work out more. It's built around two of the most popular partner dances in the world, West Coast Swing and Carolina Shag.

SWINGTRAIN (London) is the little fitness brother of Swing Patrol, one of the leading Swing Dance schools in the UK. Bringing the joy and community of swing dancing to the gym, using swing moves and the music we love to help you reach your fitness goals. Open to all levels of fitness, SwingTrain classes are about making exercise fun so you won’t even notice you’re burning up to 500 calories!
