Supporting The Research Institute At Nationwide Children's Hospital
The National FastDance Association is proud to announce our partnership with K-Step 4 Kids, a global dance community campaign that raises funds for The Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
The international K-Step 4 Kids campaign ($25,217 as of 2/13/2018) is an effort to turn the joy and health benefits - physical, mental, social, spiritual - we gain from dancing into donations to support global child health-care research through The Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital, one of the largest such institutions in the US. Their mission:
"Seeking answers on behalf of children everywhere."
Our largest donations come from raffles and other fundraising efforts at dance events. We'll provide any instructor, choreographer, organization or event with a hand-made solid maple plaque if they will raffle it off to generate donations. A recent plaque raffle at an event in Chicago (January 2018) resulted in donations totaling $1,020!
